Even though the monetary damage is replaceable, Brain could have restrained his violent impulse had there been no Megan beside him.

This is not the first time a celebrity has flung away photographer’s iPhone, previously English actor Russell Brand had committed a similar act of insanity against a shutterbug during a red carpet event at New Orleans.
Coming to legal action against Green-Fox, nothing has been heard from their side. But I am sure within the next few weeks, actors’ rep will come out with some statement.
